Payment System Integrations

We can help you integrate with many third party payment systems so your customers can checkout easily using the payment systems you accept. We achieve this by entering jQuery on the client side code and tying it to a third party payment system via Volusion API. We have successfully integrated for the following systems: PayPal, Authorize.net, TransFirst, FuturePay, Dineromail, Gift Card Systems (Cartdog).

REORDER BUTTON ON USER’S MYACCOUNT PAGE THAT ALLOWS REORDERING AN OLD ORDER

The reorder button will be featured on the customer’s Myaccount page. The page will display orders they previously placed and will automatically add those items to their cart. Once in the checkout, they can enter their billing information and shipping address to complete the order. Factor in that Amazon’s reorder function is so successful, and you’ll see why this easy to use function is becoming necessary in today’s industry.

ONE-CLICK REORDER

Rather than wasting time sending items to the cart, this quick one-click reorder function improves efficiency. It will automatically place an identical order to the previous one and charges their card. With one simple click, the order is complete. Bear in mind that customers cannot change payment and shipping information when using the one-click reorder function.

CUSTOMER REWARDS/AWARDS SYSTEM FOR CUSTOMERS

With a token system, you can assign a specific number of reward points to products of varied dollar amounts. Users can see their accumulated reward points on their personal Myaccount pages. A membership redemption system using points or dollars rewards returning customers and members for purchasing again.

MEMBERSHIP REDEMPTION WITH POINTS OR DOLLARS

You can also use the Reward System and enable your users to use their reward points for future purchases by assigning dollar values to the reward points. Users can use these reward points/dollars and you can place certain limitations as only certain products can be purchased with rewards points.

QUICK VIEW FUNCTION

Most eCommerce sites do not have a quick view function. This view allows customers to access details, dimensions, or product description without reloading the page or directing to a new page. Although Volusion is currently capable of this for a fee, our experts can achieve this functionality with any eCommerce system you manage.

This functionality will allow products to appear as users type an inquiry in the search bar, making items more easily accessible. We can filter different categories on the search results page including price, color, size, and more. Most eCommerce systems, including Volusion, don’t come with an advanced search system out of the box, so it’s critical to enlist an experienced professional team to deliver this functionality. A 3rd party like Searchspring might cost you ip to $7,200 annually but we can clone this functionality at a fraction of that cost.

INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT INTEGRATION

International checkout integration is the right solution for when you want to ship internationally. But, it’s understandable if you’re worried about fraud because (a) address verification system (AVS) only works in the USA, and (b) you’re worried that customers might become upset due to the customs and duty fees charged when shipping internationally. The good news is that we can do a third-party integration so you can finally sell hassle-free.

CUSTOM CHECKOUT OPTIONS

A custom checkout can help divert many problems associated with eCommerce management. For example, do you process an overabundance of item returns or exchanges? You might want to consider adding checkbox that requires customers to “agree to terms and conditions” during checkout so they are aware of your policy. Or, what if you want to change the order of the contact information customers fill out? For example, instead of prompting the customer to write their last name first, you can have them begin with their email address—which could be useful for future communication and recovering abandoned carts. You could also use this to send reorder reminders or upsell products. It will even allow you to condense multiple emails for multiple digital licenses into a single email. (Ex: Most eCommerce systems send multiple emails with digital licenses if you have more than one product in your cart.)

CUSTOM CHECKOUT FIELDS BASED ON PRODUCT OPTIONS

Set specific custom fields on your checkout page only when a specific product or product option is selected or added to the cart. For example, if your customer has to select a delivery or installation date, we can make a checkbox appear that asks them to confirm the date they originally chose only if they add a specific item to cart. This feature can be used with any product, any option or any custom field.
