Arthur has over 40 years of successful business experience including Optimum7 since 2007. Arthur has an unparalleled success record in sales and marketing in diverse industries including clinical / medical equipment, health care services, computer graphics and hi-end output plus 25 years as president and owner of a telecommunications company. Along with Duran, Arthur has developed the processes and strategies unique to Optimum7 demonstrated by actual corporate results as well as the results our clients enjoy every day.

Ayse Anil Sapp obtained a bachelor’s degree in mathematical sciences from Hacettepe University. She then continued her studies at George Washington University. A native of Izmir, she resettled there after living and working in the U.S. for nearly twenty years. Prior to joining Optimum7, Ayse worked in Izmir as a Managing Director for a top-three independent full-service digital agency based in Europe. She has held senior leadership roles at various organizations, specializing in IT project management.

Born and Raised in Turkey, John moved to Miami in 2010 and earned his Master’s Degree in International Business. He started off his career as a Paid-Per-Click (PPC) Specialist at Optimum7. As an engineer, his strong analytical skills help him to run successful PPC Campaigns for Optimum7 clients. He is a Google Search Advertising and Shopping Certified Professional. After gaining experience and becoming an expert in managerial duties, he now manages Optimum7’s European branch. His position requires him to develop processes that increase business efficiency and he ensures that every process is implemented correctly and improves over time. John is responsible for all of the administrative duties of Optimum7’s Europe office as well. In his spare time, John likes to be outdoors playing competitive sports like soccer, beach volleyball and tennis.

Robyn is a Miami native who is very passionate about art and technology. She graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa with a major in Mass Communications Advertising and a minor in Business. She has since worked in full-service advertising & marketing agencies with a focus on digital ranging from strategy and analytics to creating graphics\videos for social media.

Born and raised in Istanbul, Zeynep has 10+ years of experience in team management, sales, account management, customer support management, and product & business management. As a product person, she has worked in online travel and ad tech global companies.

Jamie is a marketing professional with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, specializing in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Nebraska.She fell into marketing through her experience working with a top engineering firm in the US, allowing her to obtain a large and varied skillset that she'll bring to the Optimum7 team.She excels in a variety of marketing aspects including copywriting, graphic design, UX design, client relations as well as project and deadline management. She is also bilingual and can speak English and Vietnamese. She is currently studying Japanese and Mandarin Chinese as well.

David grew up in a small town on the eastern side of Oklahoma and began developing his love for music and computers at a young age. He would go on to study music at Northeastern State University before landing his first management position at a large retail chain. While he worked in retail management, he noticed a trend toward people selling online. He began researching the world of eCommerce and discovered the platform, Shopify. Fast forward a few years and David had his first opportunity to work as an eCommerce Project Manager for small to medium-sized businesses, both in the U.S. and internationally. Since that first opportunity, he’s continued to serve in a client-facing role, taking each company’s unique objective and combining their specific eCommerce needs with the industry’s best practices.

Alice graduated National University of Science and Technology with a major in Nanoelectronics and Semiconductors. This provided her with great analytical and research skills. After graduation, she focused on lead generation and sales, partnership models in IT, and premium services. This has included RPA, online language courses, startup incubator franchises, investment real estate, and luxe online marketplaces. She’s worked with various markets, including EMEA, CIS, APAC, and NA, enabling her to build a great network of unique specialists and exchange experience. She is adept at understanding potential partners and their needs and building win-win relationships. In her free time she likes to travel, design clothes, volunteer at animal shelters in Istanbul, and go to concerts.

Duygu was born and raised in Izmir. She received her Bachelor’s in Science in Software Engineering from the Izmir University of Economics. After her graduation, Duygu worked as a business analyst in Istanbul for a global airline solution IT company. She moved overseas to Seattle, where she would stay for over eight years working and studying for her MBA from the University of Seattle. Duygu then spent 6 years working at a leading investment solutions company where she held various roles, including serving as the Senior Operations Analyst for Investment Operations.

Melis was born and raised in İzmir, Turkey. She got her Bachelor’s Degree from the Izmir University of Economics in Software Engineering. The program refined her expertise with C, C++, PHP, MySQL, and Oracle. After graduating, she immediately worked for Optimum7 as a developer intern. While working on Laravel Framework she found the test area better-suited to her skill set. Melis aims to improve her testing experience to help others on the team.

Haven was born in Turkey and moved to the UK at the age of 17. She studied Business Management at Sheffield University. After moving to Istanbul, she took on several project management and technical crew leadership roles at events companies and the city's biggest theatre stages. The digital world, from hardware to software mesmerizes her since childhood. So now she is living back in her hometown and doing her dream job at Optimum7. In her free time, she runs a small animal rescue Project Petgang, practices Muay Thai, and reads books.

Philippe was born and raised in Izmir, Turkey. He left for Canada at age 17, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Ryerson University. After this, he worked in financial advisory, credit, and private banking at three of the five major banks in Canada: Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Nova Scotia, and National Bank of Canada. His ability to build trusting relationships enabled him to excel in a short span of time, eventually earning him the Senior Financial Advisor role. However, aside from his interest in financial service, he has always held a passion for technology and business strategy. This motivated him to learn coding, and how to use agile principles to implement independent coding projects. He built his own fintech web app as a side project using Ruby on Rails, JS, and SQL. By the time he completed this project, he knew he wanted to switch to the technology industry. He speaks three languages fluently: English, French, and Turkish. His hobbies include scuba diving, rock climbing, and fitness in general. He enjoys traveling, and he loves to read, specifically about self-development, history, and philosophy. His current career goals include becoming a Senior Project Manager, expanding his knowledge in coding to include Python and PHP, and perhaps, studying for the CFA as well.

Serpil started her professional career in Data Processing, working at a public institution in Izmir. She has since completed her undergraduate education in the Business Administration's Faculty of Economics. After receiving her degree, Serpil worked as a manager and head of the area’s Social Services department. Because of her vast experience, Serpil has unique expertise in the public and private sectors. She optimizes our company’s Quality and Public Relations processes.

Steve entered the military immediately after high school. He served his first few years as a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman in San Diego, California, and on the island of Guam. He then spent several years as a platoon Corpsman, assigned to a special operations airborne unit within the U.S. Marine Corps. During that time, he completed his B.A. in Communication at Florida Atlantic University. After his honorable discharge from the military, he spent one year working as a pastoral intern at the Palm Beach Community Church in Florida. After this, he began his career in the Financial Services Industry, accepting his first position as an institutional bond trader at Bankers Trust/Deutsch Bank. Later, he became a Financial Advisor, during which time he worked for: Bank of America, Wells Fargo, & Morgan Stanley. At the height of his advisory practice, he was able to raise over $80 Million in assets under management. After 20 years of serving in financial services, he sold a book about business to a large brokerage team and began his latest transition into a remote sales consultant. He’s spent the last few years working in a sales and new business development capacity for various consulting and coaching companies. Specifically, he’s been working in the areas of High-Income Tax Planning, Financial Advisory marketing services, digital marketing, and e-commerce.

Katherine was born in Medellin, Colombia. At the age of 7, she and her family moved to Miami, Florida, which enabled her to become bilingual, as she is fluent in both English and Spanish. Katherine has been working in e-commerce for the past six years. She started her career by organizing operations in the warehouse for an e-commerce firm. This ground floor experience has provided an understanding of the complexities of an e-commerce operation, which she’s able to translate into client acquisition initiatives of Optimum7. Katherine is responsible for creating demand for Optimum7 services by matchmaking technologies and solutions. Her objective is to elevate Optimum7's service offerings by identifying different angles from which to approach the market. In her spare time, Katherine enjoys spending time with her 8-year-old daughter, reading new books, and learning new things to help in her growth. Looking into the future, Katherine’s goal is to acquire more skills that will empower her to get ahead in her career.

Julian has been in the digital marketing space for over a decade. He took his first job in the industry while attending college. Julian started as an SEO technician at an internet marketing startup based in Los Angeles. This position gave him a foundation on which to build his digital knowledge. Since then, Julian has moved back to the Houston area. He has honed his skills as a specialist in the field over the last 8 years.

Juan graduated from the University of Florida in 2016 with a B.S. in Advertising and has a concentration in Business Administration and Geography. He started working as an intern at Optimum7 in 2017 and eventually moved up to Video Marketing Specialist. He also produces a weekly podcast called "Como Esta La Banda?" with his dad, who is a Mexican rock singer.

After earning his Bachelor of Economics, Ahmet started work as a project manager for a software company. To this role, he brought five years of experience in multiple marketing disciplines, including SAAS project management, product marketing, and digital marketing.

He was able to build a brand presence on many occasions through effective optimization of partner and brand websites. He has a wide range of experience optimizing sales funnels, site migration, UI & UX, Technical SEO, and Crawl Budget.

Emre was born in Istanbul, Turkey. There, he studied at Cumhuriyet Anatolian High School, and graduated from the Department of Management Information Systems at Beykent University. He trained in web programming, and gained several years of experience in Digital Marketing in Istanbul. During this time, he developed his proficiency in Dynamic Pricing, Web Scraping, Influencer Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads. He continues to improve himself by closely following the digital innovations and developments in the world.

In 2018, Merve graduated from Middle East Technical University as an Honor Student, earning a bachelor’s degree in International Relations. During her education, Merve participated in many civil society organizations and took an active role in representing Ankara in international events. After graduating, she worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist in a tourism company. Here, she learned about SEO, Facebook, and Google Ads, copywriting, email and SMS marketing, and social media management. Following this, she began work with a software company and performed similar tasks for promoting software solutions. Finally, she gained Digital Marketing Manager experience in a startup, where she created marketing plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

Murat was born in Istanbul, Turkey and studied Database Programming in high school. Thanks to his intense early education, Murat learned about Big Data and then realized the power of data-driven marketing. Since then his learning adventure has begun and will never end. Murat has worked for 5-star hotels to achieve his early career goals at the age of 18 and consulted with eCommerce companies to boost their ROAS and implement new technologies. According to him, if you have the internet, you can learn about anything you want. You just need to love what you do.

Priya is a Miami native with a passion for copywriting and the power of the written word. Born and raised in the city, she went to the University of Miami to get a Bachelor of Arts in English and then a Master of Business Administration. She has also worked at real estate, advertising, and entertainment firms.

After working in Signals Intelligence in the U.S. Marine Corps, Scott began his writing career as Knowledge Management Author with Marriott International. This experience triggered a passion for persuasive, professional writing for him, and he continued his development through freelance collaboration with Game Rant and eCom Daily News. According to Scott earning a position as a Copywriter with Optimum7 marks a proud moment in his life, and the beginning of what he believes will be a long, exciting career in a field that he loves deeply.

Nabia has been in the field of digital marketing for 1.5 years now and has been freelancing with numerous clients to help grow their businesses through SEO optimization, email marketing, and social media marketing. She also manages her own blog where she manages all social platforms and creates, posts content on a regular basis. She wants to continue to learn more about the field of digital marketing, develop and also grow her skills.

Bilgin was born in Istanbul. He graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Visual Communication Design. Bilgin started working in an advertising agency during his last year of university. After graduation, he worked as a solution partner for multiple agencies. This gave him thirty years of experience. Bilgin later joined the Optimum7 team as a videographer.

Born in Burdur yet raised in Ankara, Serhat started web-based software development as early as middle school. He has since work professionally for different companies throughout Ankara and İstanbul including large scale projects such as electronic document management system and a domestic transportation portal within the scope of an E-Government project. In the last 5 years, he has provided consultancy and development services to various companies especially in the fields of eCommerce, payment systems integrations, ERP / CRM integrations, and cargo/logistics systems integrations

Mustafa was born and raised in Izmir, Turkey. He studied at Mugla University and started his career as a back-end developer. He has since been a full-stack developer on several projects is currently a mobile developer. He is experienced in; PHP, Javascript, HTML, Node JS, Laravel, Java

Sinan was born in Corum, Turkey. He started specializing in PHP for over ten years, using the experience to assist Optimum7 as a Back-End Developer. Sinan is an expert at developing B2B and eCommerce Systems with agile methods. He is an amazing team player who loves to do research, learn new technologies, and share his knowledge with others.

Caglar graduated from Ege University with a degree in Computer Programming and Katip Celebi University with a degree in Computer Engineering. He founded two tech startups and has since acquired almost ten years of experience working in web technologies. Previously, he worked as a front-end engineer for a company that produced travel-based web and mobile applications. Currently, he is working on front-end technologies while staying up-to-date on his software development knowledge. He is experienced in; HTML / CSS / JavaScript / jQuery, ReactJS, Redux, ContextApi, eCommerce Software Development, WordPress Development, RestAPI, NoSQL

Bahadır has been working professionally as a Front-end Developer for 8 years. He has worked at some of Turkey’s biggest new startup portals up to now. In addition, he developed many projects as a freelancer. He also continues WordPress to make a profession.

He is trying to improve himself daily basis. He writes clean, understandable, quality code in every project. He is experienced in Photoshop, HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, WordPress.

Onur graduated from the Statistics Department at Dokuz Eylul University. While studying, Data Science and Scientific Calculation excited him the most, pushing him more towards programming.

After graduating, Onur worked as a Reporting Specialist and created many monitoring tools and reports with Javascript (Vue), Python, and .Net Core. His passion for Web Development grew even more after becoming more efficient in coding, leading to his decision to work as a full-time Web Developer.

Büşra graduated from the Computer Engineering Department at Dumlupinar University. As a Frontend Developer intern, Büşra updated eCommerce sites using jQuery and bootstrap technologies. Büşra gained her first professional experience working as a Frontend Developer in a private finance company, where she used pure JS and SCSS technologies. In addition to her school education, she continues to improve herself by training with different communities to learn js frameworks.

Hazar completed his undergraduate studies at the Kocaeli University Industrial Engineering Department in 2018. He then started working as an HR Project Specialist. Since 2019, he has worked as a Product Owner. During this period, Hazar worked with an IT Development Team and a Business Team to improve HR technology infrastructure. He completed the Product Owner Empowerment Program from ACM in 2019.

Hakan was born in Ankara, Turkey, where he later studied Photography and Video at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University. Since his childhood, Hakan has worked as a photographer and creative director in many agencies in the film and photography industries. He later managed his own agency for 2 years. Wanting to take a new step in his career planning, Hakan trained in software testing and is currently continuing his education.

As an accomplished professional, Pelin has more than 12 years of experience on two different continents. She analyzes business operations & financial reports to implement key solutions for achieving organizational goals. Pelin received a Financial Planning and Analysis degree from UC Berkeley in 2017. Additionally, she holds an MBA degree in Capital Markets and Finance, and a BA in Economics.

She’s performed as an investment consultant for several banks, such as Citibank NA and QNB Finance Bank in Turkey. In these roles, she managed a portfolio of $11 Million. Most recently, she has worked as a Financial Controller for Decathlon Turkey; a Financial Data Analyst for the IRS in the US Department of Treasury; a Sr. Financial Analyst for Revenue Cycle Inc.; and an Accountant in Menlo Atherton Glass Company. Furthermore, she has working experience with all aspects of business & finance, including in-depth data analysis; financial analysis; budgeting; cash flow statement; income statement; balance sheet; financial modeling; asset & risk management; 10K & stock analysis; forecasting; technical & fundamental analysis; preparation of monthly financial statements; profitability analysis; ROI analysis; variance analysis’; account reconciliations; and ad hoc reports. She also has extensive working experience with a variety of finance and business intelligence software. These include advanced Excel, SQL, SAP, and Oracle-based applications. She is currently working towards earning her CPA certificate.

Ceren graduated from the Linguistics Department at Galatasaray University, which prepared her for business communications. She studied Architecture in Versailles for three years before starting her undergraduate program. While obtaining her bachelor’s degree, Ceren studied Media Relations, Marketing & PR Internships. She also learned how to use Adobe Design programs during her studies in France. After graduating, Ceren worked as a social media manager for various companies and foundations.

Alperen obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, after which he began working as an account manager. Currently, he’s studying for his master’s degree at Boğaziçi University, with a focus on the factors that lead people to take action. In addition to a deep academic interest in human behavior, he aims to implement what he’s learned about psychology into his business practices. This motive has grown with various experiences at different organizations. Alperen continues this fulfilling journey here at Optimum7.

Egemen graduated from Hacettepe University with a major in American Culture and Literature. This helped him to obtain knowledge in several areas of American media, including film and television.

After graduation, Egemen worked as an Import Specialist. In this role, he was responsible for importation procedures while collaborating with different partners from all around the world.

Later, as an Associate Consultant, he improved himself in areas such as Payment Solutions, Reporting, and Market Research. He also expanded his knowledge in the field of Global Marketplaces, particularly in terms of integration, and Listing & Selling phases. Egemen is always ready and open to learning new things. He enjoys staying updated on the topics he finds most interesting.

Kaan was born in Istanbul, Turkey, and studied computer programming in high school. During that time, he completed separate internships at 2 different programming companies, one with Pusula Computer and another with the Government of Turkey. After this, he worked as a computer technician with Pusula Computer, before pursuing his higher education at Istanbul Aydin University. During this time, he worked in LC Waikiki, where he discovered Performance Marketing. He enjoyed it so much that he decided to learn as much as he can about PPC. Now, he's pursuing certification and a Junior position in Performance Marketing.
